Mist
The Rain’s defense. Nearby enemy towers deal 40% less damage.
How to use it
The Mist covers a circle with a radius of 5.25 cells. Every enemy tower inside the circle deals 40% less damage: shots, discharges and rays. The range stays the same. A small mist mark appears on the weakened towers and their shots look paler. Put it near the enemy towers that are pushing on you, not near your buildings: what counts is where the tower stands, not the target. Under Rain and in Fog the circle grows by 1.5 cells.
Strengths and weaknesses
Strong
- It works against every tower, of any element.
- You can clearly see what it does: the Mist’s circle and the mark on the towers it weakens.
Weak
- It doesn’t take away range: a weakened tower reaches as far as before and still shoots, but deals less damage.
- It has to stand near the enemy towers, so it’s exposed.
Counter
Destroy it with a tower that shoots from outside its circle, for example a Hail Mortar that has it on its row or its column: it has the longest range of all.
