Against every element

What beats what. Every tower has an answer, and the computer knows it.

The rule in one line

Cross towers fire far but only in a row and a column, circle towers fire short but all around. Walls stop direct shots, arcing shots go over Walls, and the Pylon hits the Mortar from inside its minimum distance.

Against Wind

Gusts are cross towers: they fire far, but only along their row and their column. Stay off those lines. Answer with a Hail Mortar, which fires in an arc, or put a Cloud Wall in front of them. A Mist near them weakens them. Wait for the Fog to move forward.

Against Lightning

Pylons reach 4.5 cells, all around: a Mirror, or a cross tower that has them in its row or column, hits them from outside. A Lightning Rod near your buildings soaks up the discharges and the Thunderstorm. Avoid piling up buildings: the discharge jumps from one to the next.

Against Rain

Mortars hit hard but slowly, only along their row and their column, and they can’t see closer than 3 cells. A Pylon nearby hits them with no answer. A Vortex deflects a volley. In a Gust they miss half their shots: that is the moment to attack them. Against the Deluge keep two roads to the important islands.

Against Sun

Mirrors fire short, all around, and grow stronger while they stay on the target: a Cloud Wall takes away their line, and under Rain or a Storm they do half damage. Shields hold up against light fire: focus your fire on one target at a time. After an enemy Eclipse answer right away: that special is not ready again before 50 s.
