Reading the weather
Every sky lasts a short while and changes the balance. Whoever reads it ahead of time attacks at the right moment.
The rhythm of the sky
Between one sky and the next there is calm. Every sky is announced 8 s ahead in the weather panel, with the direction it comes from. Tap it to find out what it helps and what it slows down. The same sky never comes twice in a row.
The five skies in a table

| Storm | 18 s | Lightning | Sun | Pylons ×1.5 · Lightning Rods draw the lightning · Thunderstorm with 8 bolts Mirrors and Shields at half · random lightning on bridges and buildings (Rods catch it) |
| Tailwind | 20 s | Wind, Sun | Lightning | Mirrors ×1.5 · Shields ×2 · Wind and Sun springs ×2 Slow Pylons |
| Rain | 24 s | Rain | Sun | Fast Mortars · wider Mist and Deluge · Rain springs ×2 Mirrors and Shields at half |
| Fog | 20 s | Rain | Wind, Sun | Wider Mist and Deluge · Rain springs ×1.5 Gusts and Mirrors: range −40% |
How to use it
- Wait for your sky for the specials. When a sky helps their element they charge twice as fast, and some get stronger: the Thunderstorm in a Storm, the Deluge under Rain.
- Spend when the springs double. A sky that helps the element of your springs brings more wind.
- In a Gust, no lone tips. The front breaks the uncovered bridge cells.
- In the Fog, move forward. Direct-fire towers see less far: it is the moment to stretch a bridge toward them.
- Two elements are better than one. A single element stays slowed down for its whole bad sky.
The world rule Restless sky and the Omen Restless Sky both make the sky change twice as often.
